Building a successful business is demanding. Sustaining it requires energy. That’s where Omnia comes in.

Since 2016, business partners Jos and Sven have been growing together — turning Pesca .restaurant into an award-winning restaurant concept with locations across Europe🏆
Through years of long days, constant responsibility, and the pressures that come with entrepreneurship, Omnia became part of the routine that helped them keep showing up — not just as business owners, but as people.

When Jos first came to Omnia, his back pain was so severe that he relied on a scooter 🛵to get around. Today, 🏃he’s running marathons while continuing to run a thriving business.

Sven is navigating a different chapter: becoming a father to twins 👶👶 while leading a steadily growing company. Like many entrepreneurs, he’s balancing work, family, and the challenge of finding enough time, energy, and space to take care of himself.
