Yesterday, we brought the launch of Rabanne’s new Invictus Elixir to life. ⚡
Together with .movement , we created an experience that combined movement, community, and discovery. An energizing 8KM run set the pace before introducing the latest addition to the Invictus universe.
A great example of how brands connect with people through shared experiences.

HRX RISING is created to support motivated athletes who want to keep developing within the sport of HYROX, while staying connected to the community and culture we’re building together every day.
Roos has shown great consistency, energy and dedication in training, and we’re excited to support her journey moving forward together with her coach Joey Stol. 🖤💛

It’s about recognising commitment, growth and passion for the sport.

In Pairs For Reps:
E2M x 10 Rounds (20 Minutes Total):
P1: SkiErg – 11/8 cals, increasing by 1 cal every round, ending on 20/17 cals
P2: RowErg – 11/8 cals, increasing by 1 cal every round ending on 20/17 cals
Once BOTH partners complete their calories, they move immediately to:
AMRAP Line-Facing Burpees (IGYG) in the remaining time of the 2-minute window.
Score: Total Calories + Total Line-Facing Burpees
WORKOUT STANDARDS
* Partners switch machines each round.
* Team Rule: Both athletes must complete their assigned calories (on the SkiErg and RowErg) before either partner can begin burpees.
* Cap Rule: Fail to reach the burpees in any round, and you’re capped out on burpees for the remainder of the workout.
* Cap Rule: You may continue on the Ergs (up to the required cals per round), but no more burpees.
* Before each new round begins, judges or athletes must ensure both the SkiErg and RowErg monitors are reset to 0 calories.
