5 minutes every morning 🤍

This is my simple lymphatic face routine for mornings when I wake up feeling puffy or just want to bring some circulation back into my face.

I start by opening up around the neck and collarbones, then work through the face with gentle movements to encourage lymph flow and reduce that heavy, puffy feeling.

For this routine I’m using Lois Lee products, which I’ve been incorporating into my skincare more and more lately. I love keeping my routine simple and using products that work with the skin rather than overwhelming it.
