Day 2 at FIBO 2026, and my final day here, wrapped up exactly how I expected… intense, fast, and bigger than you can fully cover. I managed to hit all my top priorities, even though it was impossible to get through everything on the list. This place is massive, but I took notes, locked in key insights, and I’m already thinking ahead to next year’s opportunities.

I met some great people over the past couple of days, and I’m genuinely looking forward to building on these connections and exploring how we can collaborate moving forward.

As for the deals… let’s just say things are moving, and something big is coming soon.

Day 1 at FIBO 2026 started long before I actually got here. My team and I had already studied every booth, mapped out a clear plan, and came in with a focused list of who we need to meet and why. Today wasn’t about walking around, it was about sitting down, negotiating, and putting the final touches on deals we’ve been building for months. It was intense, but genuinely fruitful… met some great people and expanded my network on a global level. Tomorrow is a different game, trying to cover the full list we prepared in less than 48 hours before the full crowd steps in. Challenging, but I’m looking forward to it.

Before fitness became my full time world, I spent six years inside .

Six years learning credit analysis.
Risk assessment.
Cash flow discipline.
Downside scenarios.

At the time, I did not realize how deeply that experience would shape my future decisions.

Banking trained me to question assumptions.
To test ideas before getting attached to them.
To understand risk before chasing growth.

It also made me fall in love with data.

Not numbers for reporting.
Numbers for clarity.

Over the past 13 years building .eg , I was not only coaching and operating.

I was tracking retention behavior.
Capacity efficiency.
Seasonality cycles.
Revenue concentration risk.
Cost structure shifts across growth phases.

Without planning it, I was building a database.
And eventually, a framework.

A framework that translates performance, operations, and human behavior into measurable, repeatable systems.

Today, that framework is the backbone of how I evaluate decisions.
From pricing and hiring
To expansion models
To how I am structuring the next chapter.

Instinct matters.
Vision matters.

But data gives both direction.

Looking back, those six years in credit and risk were not separate from fitness.

They became the lens through which I build.

48 Hours!
Zero small talk.

wasn’t just panels and handshakes. It was operators, investors, founders, all speaking the same language… systems, scale, sustainability.

I didn’t go there to “attend.”
I went to study the room.

The global fitness industry is maturing fast. Models are evolving. Margins are tightening. Experience is becoming the product.

And if you’re building something serious, you can’t afford to guess.

Grateful for the conversations.
Even more excited about what’s coming next
Thanks Riyadh 🇸🇦, until next time

I didn’t train for this race.
No buildup, no taper, no perfect plan.

I joined 3 years ago, however this time I signed up because I wanted to challenge myself. To see where I stand.
My goal was simple: hold a sub 6 minute pace for 10K and see what happens after.

The organization surprised me. Smooth, respectful, and genuinely well executed, Bravo
Running past the Pyramids wasn’t just a backdrop, it gave the race weight.

At some point, the body stopped being the focus.
I ran with my heart more than my legs.

I’ve always wanted to be a well rounded athlete. Not just trained, not just prepared, but capable.
Showing up when things aren’t perfect and still moving forward.

This race wasn’t about a medal.
It was a reminder of why I started in the first place.
