SPORT CLASSES ON OFFER

MINI SPORT STARS
2-4 years*
The Mini Sport Stars class targets children between the ages of 2-4, introducing sport to the children in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment. This class assists in developing important skills such as hand-eye co-ordination, balance, concentration and strength. The games last no longer than 10 minutes in order to maintain the children’s concentration. The fun environment of a small group up to 10 children gives them an intimate setting where the leader can help with their individual needs. The 50-60 minute session will be filled full of singing, dancing, throwing and catching, finishing off with the ever-popular parachute. Your children will have a ball in this class and will want to come back time and time again. KINDER SPORT STARS
4-7 years*
The faster paced Kinder Sport Star program offered to children between 4-7 takes our little stars to the next level in their development. The class is designed by a qualified Physical Education teacher to education the children specific sport skills with out knowing it. Once in this class, the skills learned will be useful in sports such as Football, Tennis, Baseball just to name a few. The 60-minute lesson feels like it is over too soon, as the children will rotate through various different activities each lesson. There is nothing the children need to bring besides a drink of water and eagerness to have fun.

ALLSTARS SPORT CLASS
7-12 years*
The advanced Allstars class is focused on more complex sport skills and tactics related to the various sports studied. The children will be given the opportunity to experience real life game situations and learn the rules of the game whist having fun.
