Every Wednesday, same story. The room goes from empty to full the second Team Meeting ends and Team Training begins.

Our trainers have been testing the new program, and this was one for the book.

At ONE, summer doesn’t mean slowing down. It means training with intensity. It means showing up.

More of our teams favorites memories at ONE.

It’s hard to pick just ONE, but it was very moving to hear that for some, the best memories were the first ones.

For example for Tadgh, his favorite memory was his first team training! One that ended up on an extremely intense split squat challenge and set the standards for everything that came next!

For Joao, it was his very first day here. He immediately felt our warmth and he felt the family vibes that characterizes us.

We keep looking back on memories from the past 5 years of ONE, and we feel so happy and proud of where we are today.

Five years of ONE and many more to come!

If you’ve convinced yourself that you don’t have time to get in shape, you’re probably comparing yourself to people whose entire lives revolve around fitness.

That’s the trap.

Social media makes consistency look extreme.

Train every day, wake up at 5 AM, track everything and never miss a workout.

For most people, that’s not reality.

You have meetings, deadlines, work trips, a family and a social life.

Your training shouldn’t compete with your life. It should fit into it.

You don’t need more hours in the day. You need a way of training that you can keep doing six months from now, because lasting results aren’t built by doing more.

They’re built by doing what you can repeat.

Turns out our coaches don’t spend 24/7 talking about protein and deadlifts.

Who knew? 😂

When we asked everyone about their favourite memory from the last five years, we expected stories about coaching, client transformations and power lifting competitions.

Instead...

It was a drunken night out with the managers.
Cold dips into the ocean.
The ONE Open.
Dancing with Grahame and Gabri.

And apparently, that one night Roger got drunk.

Behind every session is a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together and building real connections. And we think that’s part of what makes ONE feel different.

Happy 5 years to the best team (and the best collection of memories) we could ask for.

Stronger Woman, Giulia!

Looking back at the powerful words of Giulia, one of our incredible clients! She came to us after a horrible accident to regain her strength.

She initially thought it would only take about six months, but now, training is a part of her identity.

She knows how strong she is, and she knows she can become even stronger every day. Her goals will keep evolving as she accomplishes them!
