Results don't happen overnight. That's why every membership at Fresh Fitness includes our 12 Week Program. πͺ
During your first 12 weeks, you'll have 5 appointments with a trainer who will help you with your workouts, nutrition, sleep, stress, and healthy habits.
And the support doesn't stop there.
After completing the program, you can still book a free 30 minute session with a trainer every 6 weeks to stay on track and keep making progress. π
Because reaching your goals is one thing. Maintaining them is where the real magic happens.
