Yin doesn’t always have to mean stillness.
Through Yin Flow and somatic movement, we explore a softer way of moving. Slow, fluid and guided by breath, sensation and awareness rather than by how a shape should look.
Movement becomes a way of listening to the body. A way to create space, release tension and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms. As the practice unfolds, movement gradually becomes quieter, leading towards a deeper sense of rest and stillness.
This autumn, there are two ways to explore this work with Simon Rowe here at DNYS. 🌙
