We’ve all seen the headlines lately. Different places, same pattern.

Let’s be honest: this doesn’t happen to everyone, every day. But it happens often enough to matter. And when it does, it escalates fast.

That’s why we’re starting a 10-week course for young girls.

Not to scare them. Not to make them fighters.

But to give them a better chance to: see it earlier,
avoid it if possible, and act if they have to.

This didn’t come from a marketing idea. A father asked us to do this for his daughter and her friends.

And honestly… that says enough.
