Every dancer’s journey is different, but the goal is often the same: more confidence, more clarity, and a healthier relationship with themselves and their art.
When dancers stop fighting themselves, everything changes. Technique improves, auditions feel lighter, confidence grows, and the joy of dancing returns. Grateful to have supported through this transformation over the past 8 months. 🤍

It took me many years to learn to trust myself and to feel comfortable taking up space. The first 10 years of my career were very different; they were about surviving, complaining, and feeling joyless, even though I was dancing a lot and getting promotions. I relied on my physical strength, and my only mental and emotional skill was to numb myself. I guess it’s pretty common when we first become professionals in a big company to want to fit in so badly that we abandon ourselves and try to become what we think we should be. It’s like you're constantly performing to prove yourself, when there are bigger and better things you should be working on. I hope you read this in your early years as a professional—let me know your thoughts. Inside my “Dancers Mindset Community,” I offer deeper work for dancers who want to reach their full potential in a sustainable and fulfilling way. Link in Bio.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the ballerina mums, dance mums, and future mums 🤍
I truly hope we continue creating a ballet world where more dancers feel free to embrace motherhood and family life without feeling like they have to choose between their career and their personal life.
Motherhood doesn’t take away your artistry, ambition, or dedication. If anything, it adds depth, strength, and perspective.
To every dancer balancing rehearsals, exhaustion, stage life, and motherhood… I see you. And I hope you know you’re doing enough.
Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

Tonight is a tribute to Hans van Manen performance , dancing Black Cake with and my beautiful company . What a privilege and a special experience. This ballet specifically feels like a celebration of Hans’s life and legacy. What a genius — the way he delivers the steps and the music is unforgettable. Tonight, he will be there with us ❤️

Decembering! Reflecting and wishing for more mindful being rather than constant doing, trying new approaches with more courage and compassion. Hearing Marissa repeat things back to me 😮. But also taking a moment to pause, breathe, and appreciate the magic around us. Look closely ❤️ you're exactly where you need to be in this moment.
