For many years my energy came from survival, anxiety, abuse and stress! There was no OFF! I was always ON! A machine, always ready to GO! Now that the running is over I am slowly returning to me! One step at the time! With energy that comes from respect for myself! For love for me and my body! For caring and nurturing my mind! I am building a new machine that has already outgrown the old version many times! The shots are taken every week after training! First photo today and after the quote wk1,2,3! It’s a great way to motivate yourself! A strong body creates a strong mind and vice versa!

Vanochtend kreeg ik een fb reminder! Precies zeven jaar geleden werd ik wakker met de krant waarin ik samen met een aantal andere vrouwen in de bijlage stond! Het was een artikel over hoe belangrijk sporten is en niet alleen bestemd is voor de jeugd!Fotografe .ai_photography maakte er een prachtige foto rapportage van! Voor ‘schieten’ van de pics vroeg ze of ik eerst even 20 pushups kon doen zodat ik er mooi ‘gepompt’ uit zou zien. De boys keken met verbazing toe terwijl ik no sweat effies opdrukte! De fotoshoot foto’s waren lang mijn boegbeeld! Hoe je na een kantje boord bacterie net voor Oud&Nieuw het ziekenhuis uit kon komen om vervolgens 2 maanden later er zo op te staan! Mijn sterke en f***e lijf waren de reden! Ik had het anders waarschijnlijk niet overleefd! Vanochtend ging mijn wekker om 6:00! De eerste keer sinds bijna twee maanden dat ik eruit kon zonder mij ziek of zwak te voelen! Die reminder van fb vandaag is niet voor niets! Het leven bestaat uit cycli! Elke 7 jaar start er een nieuwe! Dus ik kan en mag vanaf vandaag weer hard aan de slag om sterk en fit te worden! Misschien wel zo sterk dat ik binnenkort wel no ease 40 pushups doe! I came out smiling! Zoveel mooie paden mocht ik lopen, en oh zoveel wegen brachten krassen op mijn hart! Maar elke ochtend word ik vrolijk wakker! Happy with a new day! Active as hell! De afgelopen maand ben ik ziek en lig al te lang op bed! But even so I wake up with a smile! I will never forget what it took me to get this far! I will never look back with any regret! I will never let anyone or anything dull my fire! I came with a smile and what ever chance I get will lighten your life by using it! Don’t let the world change your smile! Use your smile to change whatever small you can in this world…

Alhoewel ik dat natuurlijk al wist zei ik gretig ja! Dus vanochtend vroeg reed ik met prachtig weer naar Almere! Het was een heerlijke dag met een mooie groep vrouwen met ieder zijn eigen verhaal en wensen! Naast Reiki healer mag ik mijzelf nu ook tarotiste noemen! De meer ik mij verdiep en gehoor geef aan mijn intuïtie, mijn spirituele kant in het licht zet, de dichter ik bij mijzelf kom! Het pad is ontzettend pittig maar mijn kracht zowel fysiek als mentaal is ongekend! Ik ben waar ik zijn moet! Het moet zo zijn! Vandaag was ik erbij als een kind zo blij!Nodig jij mij uit op jou pad? Ik help je heel graag!

Als farang wat lang dus touwtje springen met een kort touw een uitdaging maar de training met Shin made up for it! Vooral for de elbows and knees wilde ik aandacht! Kon de klok maar stilstaan want het was zo voorbij! Ahoi Nha🙈
