Not all kicks are created equal. đ
Most beginners think kicking harder and faster automatically means swimming faster.
It doesn't. At all.
The truth? Kick speed depends entirely on what you're trying to do in the water.
đ Long distance, slow, relaxed kick. Save your energy for your arms.
đ Moderate pace, balanced kick. Enough propulsion without burning out.
đ Sprinting, fast, powerful kick. Everything you've got for as long as you can hold it.
The mistake most adults make? Going full speed on every single lap.
Burned out after 25 meters and wondering why. đ
