We believe that working on your strength is not only about lifting weights, but also working on the mobility that will allow you to excute proper techniques with full range of motion and avoid injuries. That’s why we provide Yoga classes for who want to work on their mobility and to achieve virtuos movement. In the near future we will have special classes designed for kids and of course we will provide all our members with professional nutritional counselling and healthy smoothies and snacks at our sport bar.
