The past few days have been intense. New machines at Olympia | Den Bosch, long days, sore body, amazing first impressions, constructive feedback… the list goes on.

But through it all, we’ve taken another step forward. We keep building and we keep learning.

Back in the day, making it into a Muscle & Fitness magazine was the dream.

And look who we found in there… our own Jersey.

Everyone at Olympia knows Jersey. Year after year, always showing up, always putting in the work. What most people don’t know is that he gained 2kg after adding 2 Evergeen biscuits and an apple to his diet.

And when it comes to genetics… you”ll know them when you see them.
