SUP Del Sur is excited to announce that we’re renting our paddle boards out of the one and only The Beach House Nicaragua! Come say hi, grub on delicious food and paddle around the bay!

Hey San Juan friends! I know everyone is bummed about the small surf, but guess what? The water is warmer, the weather is gorgeous and the wind is perfect for a Paddle Adventure Tour with SUP Del Sur. We're already booked for Thursday, but we have 6 spots for this Friday, the 12th at noon. Let be know asap if you want to come on an adventure with us!

We had the pleasure of taking out some adventurous yogis that were in town for a retreat. Thank you to the The Nicaragua Yoga Institute - San Juan and Hot House Yoga letting us show you another perspective of Nicaragua. Such an awesome group!

SUP Del Sur is back for the season and we're ready to take you out for a Paddle Adventure Tour!

We depart Marsella Beach and head to a secluded bay. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a cold beer and refreshing snack on the beach. While we're there we have time to explore the beach by foot and snorkel around the bay. SUP gear, snorkel gear, beach activities and refreshments are included. Some beach activities provided are bocce ball and slam ball. The tour is $45 per person--
