PSL was founded in 1999 with a bold vision to bring the sport of surfing to a country that was completely unknown to the surfing community.
More than two decades later, PSL continues to be Nicaragua’s premiere surfing destination. Popoyo Surf Lodge is nestled into the valleys of Nicaragua's southern pacific coast. On a sprawling 14 acre spread of tropical gardens, we have created a surfer's paradise, intimate and personal, with a ton of world class surf breaks.

After a week of small surf, the swell is here and the beach breaks kicked up some barrels. We did two consecutive sessions without thinking about going back for breakfast; in the end, totally surfed out and ready to do it all over again tomorrow!!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🏄🏻♂️
