Regaining the weight I lost was very deep for me and guess what? I saw it coming because I was just trying to deal with so much.

You know I would always say, find your happy place and try to stay there. There was a happy place as I got clarity on my brand Street style puffpuff and what made me feel worth living One Pikin One Meal Many Smiles Initiative but was the struggle there yes and it wasn't funny 🥺

I just didn't understand why the weight was still coming, so the truth is I was starving myself and I allowed the present view of my surroundings to dig deep into me and try to steal my joy and made me loose faith in my journey 😁

For me my health was by the side playing tricks on me, the phobia I had overcome came back again because something that I thought I was free from in my health, came back knocking on my door 😁

But I have learnt to accept everything as God's plan. My accountability partner has just bought me 200 naira carrot for me to chew on and add with some pawpaw and cucumber 😭

I remember a time this wasn't a challenge a for me, and I am like babe you don do this thing before relax 😂

My body dey shake but I know that IF GOD HELPED ME BEFORE, HE WILL STILL HELP ME AGAIN 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼
