Tico-Select Tourney: Organisers Present Match Balls to C&C Academy as Team Manager Applauds LOC Following their hard-fought 1-1 draw against NLO 1 side Igho FC of Delta State,
C&C Football Academy of Awo-Omamma received a boost as tournament organisers presented them with official footballs. The items were received by the Academy’s Team Manager, Mr. Amanfor Chimezie.Speaking after the presentation, Mr. Chimezie—a highly decorated former Enyimba and Rangers star—showered praise on the Local Organising Committee (LOC). He commended their excellent management of the pre-season tournament, particularly their ability to maintain a high standard despite the late withdrawal of some teams.The veteran football administrator, who won back-to-back Federation Cups in 2013 and 2014 as well as NPFL titles in 2015 and 2016, expressed his deep appreciation to the organizers. He noted that the tournament provides a vital platform for his young academy boys to test their mettle against seasoned, elite teams."I want to appreciatte the organizers for giving our academy this rare opportunity to rub shoulders with the big boys," Chimezie stated. "We are hoping for even better outings as the tournament progresses. Thank you, and God bless everyone working tirelessly to develop football in Nigeria." ❤️ 😍
