DAY 5 — STOP USING AI ONE QUESTION AT A TIME
One of the biggest mistakes educators make with AI is treating it like a search box.
Ask a question.
Get an answer.
Ask another question.
Start again.
But professional AI use can go much further.
Imagine turning one task into a workflow.
For example:
Teaching a new topic
Instead of simply asking:
«“Create a lesson plan on simultaneous equations.”»
You could build a workflow:
1. DEFINE
Clarify the learning objectives and learner profile.
2. PLAN
Ask AI to structure the lesson sequence.
3. DIFFERENTIATE
Create activities for learners at different ability levels.
4. RESOURCE
Generate examples, practice tasks and supporting materials.
5. ASSESS
Develop formative and summative assessment questions.
6. REVIEW
Ask AI to identify weaknesses, misconceptions and possible improvements.
7. REFINE
Adapt everything to your curriculum, classroom and teaching style.
That is no longer just “asking AI a question.”
It is working with AI through a structured professional workflow.

The objective is not simply to give educators prompts.

Because the future of AI in education may not belong to the person who knows the most prompts.
