Just wrapped up an incredible session on stage at the Power Oil 10th WalkHeartOn as the Official Fitness Coach.❤️🔥.

Seeing thousands of people come together to move for their heart health is a powerful reminder: movement is medicine, and everyone deserves fitness.

What an energy. What a movement! ❤️

Congratulations to the Power Oil Team.

Catch the World Heart Day conversation LIVE on on TVC! 📺❤️

I spoke about the Power Oil 10th WalkHeartOn happening live on 1st October, 2026 and why something as simple as regular movement can make a meaningful difference to our heart health and overall wellbeing.

Fitness doesn’t always have to mean intense workouts.

Sometimes, it simply means MOVE MORE. LIVE WELL. ❤️

Let’s keep the conversation about heart health going beyond World Heart Day.
