Marriage is not sustained by love alone.

It is sustained by daily decisions.

The decision to forgive.

The decision to communicate.

The decision to be patient.

The decision to remain committed even when life becomes demanding.

Feelings may rise and fall, but commitment is what keeps two people moving in the same direction.

A strong marriage is built one intentional day at a time.

One of the greatest gifts you can give your spouse is emotional safety.

A home should be a place where your spouse can speak without fear of being mocked, insulted, or misunderstood.

Sometimes, people don't stop talking because they have nothing to say.

They stop talking because they don't feel safe anymore.

If you want your marriage to grow, don't only listen to respond.

Listen to understand.

The conversations you nurture today will determine the closeness you enjoy tomorrow.

04/07/2026

One of the healthiest things you can do for your marriage is to communicate.

Your spouse is not a mind reader.

Don't keep quiet and expect them to know what is wrong.

Don't assume they know what you need.

Talk.

Healthy marriages are built by two people who are willing to have honest conversations, even when those conversations are uncomfortable.

Silence creates distance.

Communication builds connection.

Talk to each other with love, patience, and respect.

The moment your wife says “I’m fine,” you should be worried.

Yes, I said it.

Ladies, I'm sure you won't beat me for telling the men this secret. We lied o, sir, we lied.
You see her looking worried, and you don't want to seem insensitive.
"Babe are you okay?"
You hear her say “I’m fine” and you relax. You think you have done your part and the conversation is over.
"But I have asked her"
Problem solved right? Wrong!
If you’re married, you should know this by now. That sentence is not the end, it's only the beginning. https://Priscillia.selar.com/673173375p

Let me tell you what “I’m fine” can really mean.
“I don’t have the strength to explain this right now.”
“I don’t think you’ll understand me.”
"You will just start giving me advice that I didn't ask for"
“I don’t want this to turn into an argument.”
“I’m tired, but I don’t even know where to start.”

She is probably thinking this, but instead of saying all that, she just says,“I’m fine.”

I know this, because I’ve said it too, more times than I can count. Let me block my husband before he sees this.
There was a particular day a while ago, I remember clearly. Nothing dramatic happened. No shouting or fighting. But in my head, a lot of things were going on.

I felt overwhelmed with work, the kids, clients, family, the entire thing! It began to feel like my efforts were not seen. And yes, it was that time of the month as well. Ha.
He asked me the men's favourite question, "Are you okay?”
I smiled. Inside me, I was in world war 3. Sir can't you see that I'm overwhelmed? We've been married long enough for you to understand! I'm so tired, I need a break to breathe!
“I’m fine.” I finally blurted out.
"Okay" And he continued what he was doing.
Jesu! I wanted to scream. Is that it? Why didn't you press harder sir? Can't you SEE I'm not fine? Do I need to explain everything?

I chose silence, I didn't say anything, and we both moved on.
The truth was, we didn’t actually move on. I just carried it. Until I decided not to, anymore. I spoke, clearly, and we resolved it.

Not every woman will build that courage. What if I never spoke up?

That’s how it happens. These things don't start out as big problems, they come as small unspoken things.
Things she didn’t say.Things you didn’t hear.Things that slowly build up, silently.
Until one day, resentment sets in, and she changes.
She talks less, she complains less and she expects less.

The sad part is, you might even like it at first.
Ehen! My wife is a peaceful woman! No more stress. No more nagging!
It's not peace, it’s silence. Distance in disguise.
One day, you hear, “You don’t understand me.” “I don’t feel connected anymore.” “You don't love me!”
And you’re wondering where it came from. You've been providing, you've been sleeping together, the kids are well taken care of.
In your mind, everything was fine. After all, she said so.https://Priscillia.selar.com/673173375p

I want you to hack the code to your wife's real thoughts. I want you to stop guessing and be the man she can say "understands her."
This is why I wrote LETTERS FROM YOUR WIFE. A special gift to the man who is tired of asking ‘are you okay?’ just for the sake of it. You, the lover man who wants to sweep your wife off her feet. You want to make her that soft princess again in your arms.

Dear husbands, this book is for you.

Inside these pages are the words many wives have said, but not completely or only in their heads, or in that friend's group chat.

In this book, she finally speaks. To you. Honestly
Somewhere while reading, you’ll begin to realise,
“Wait, has she been trying to say this?”
Yes sir. Many times.

You see, many women were raised to manage, to endure, keep the home, avoid unnecessary issues. So instead of saying everything, they adjust and swallow a lot of things.
They say, “It’s okay.” "Don’t worry.” “I understand.”
Meanwhile, there’s a lot they are not saying.

You love her. You’re providing. You’re trying.
But sometimes, there’s a gap. A gap between what she feels, and what you think she feels.
This book closes that gap.
It gives you access to her heart, without pressure, and without misunderstanding.

My colleague got to read a part of this book and said in utter shock: “I didn’t expect this to touch me like this."

I understood what he meant. This book will open your eyes.
As you read, take your time. Read it like she’s sitting in front of you, finally saying everything she has been holding back. https://Priscillia.selar.com/673173375p

Please sir, no defending yourself. No interrupting. No trying to fix it immediately. I know you're a fixer, but just listen.
If you want her eyes to light up again, get this book.
If you want her to turn on the "bad" girl you knew when you just got married, get this book.
If you want to start your marriage right, get this book.
If you want to truly be her man, in every sense, get this book.

Your wife is not nagging, she's at the last phase of trying. She's not 'peaceful' and quiet, she is checking out slowly.

This is my special gift to you.
The cost of this life changing book is ₦5,000. But for the man who is ready to understand his wife now, you can get it at a discount for just ₦3,000.
This is only for 14 days.
After that, it goes back to ₦5,000.
Comment LETTER below, or click the link provided in the comments or my bio, and I will be in touch.

If you’ve ever said,
“I don’t understand women…”
Start here.
This is the conversation she has been trying to have, in a way you can finally hear.

I’m rooting for you.

My husband and I had an argument that nearly cost us our marriage.

I'll tell you all about it.

The first time it happened… I laughed it off. This time, it wasn't funny.
My husband was talking. He was trying to explain something in the middle of an argument. I on the other hand was already typing out my full response in my head.

Suddenly, he stopped.
Mid-sentence. Just like that.
"You know what, it's fine"

That was the last thing he said. One minute he was explaining, the next minute, silence. Complete silence. Like somebody pressed pause.

I waited in that awkward silence for him to continue. Was this a joke?
I even prompted him, “Go on now…”
He shook his head and said, “Leave it.”
Leave it?
Leave what exactly?

Because now my mind has entered full investigation mode 😄
What did I say? Was it my tone? Did I offend him?Is he tired? Is he annoyed?

Before I knew it, I had already created ten different explanations in my head… and none of them were confirmed.
Ah, I too had a lot that had been piling up for months that I wanted to say!

I sat alone in that parlour and wondered if this was how our marriage will end. What will I tell my people, "we grew apart"? Just because we weren't able to say exactly what was in or minds?

My husband is quiet, but I knew he had a lot to say. I heard the sound of little tired rolling, and I turned quickly, just to find my husband taking his traveling box outside.

"Where are you going?" I jumped out of the couch.
"I just need some space"
That was it. No more explanation, no goodbye kiss, nothing. It dawned on me, for a man of few words, he really did have a lot to say.

This is the story of several homes across the globe. Everywhere seems peaceful and quiet, but beneath the surface, partners are crying to be heard, to be understood, to be seen!

Sometimes, everything looks normal. You’re cooking together, laughing, attending events, posting pictures.
Then one day… you hear, “I feel like we’ve been drifting apart.” Or worse… “I don’t think this is working anymore.”
And you’re shocked.

In your mind, everything was fine. But in his mind… something had been happening silently.
Something he tried to say. Something he didn’t finish saying. Something that was never fully understood.
Before you know it, he has checked out. Many times, divorce is not a sudden reaction.

What if the real danger in marriage is not shouting or fighting, but silence that nobody pays attention to?
Trying to answer this question led me to this book. “Letters from your husband”

Come closer, let me talk to you queen…
This book is not for men. It is for you. Don't worry, the men have their own, lol.

Inside these pages are the words many husbands have tried to say…but stopped halfway. Just like that woman's husband did.
You’ll read things that sound like something your husband has said in some way before, but didn't quite finish.

Many men were not raised to express themselves fully. They were raised to be strong. To provide. To “handle things.”
So when emotions come, they don’t always know how to package it well. They start talking, then stop. They want to explain, but they withdraw.
"Leave it" "It's fine" "Whatever you want babe" are diversion phrases they all use. One quick ‘reverse cowgirl’ and all seems fine with the world.

Meanwhile, you’re there, trying to understand. You know that your own connection comes more from their openness with you.
Sometimes you even ask questions, but when the answers don’t come clearly, frustration, misunderstanding and distance enter.
Slowly, without noise, disconnection happens.

This book is here to stop that process.
It is like giving your husband a second chance to finish that sentence he stopped halfway. Without pressure, interruption or misinterpreting what he said.
Just his heart, explained in a way you can finally hear, or in this case, read.

Let me share the message of a woman who read just the snippets of this book.
She said:
“Ma, I didn’t expect this. I thought my marriage was okay. Not perfect, but okay. This book opened my eyes. I realised there were things my husband had been trying to communicate that I brushed aside.

That same week, I changed how I responded to him. I listened more.
For the first time in a long time, he opened up. I didn't know my husband could talk like that o! We’re not perfect, but now we feel connected again. Right now, I'm his full time gossip partner!”

That is what this book does. It doesn’t scare you unnecessarily, but it will wake you up, gently.
So as you read, take your time. Read it like a conversation.
And please, no rushing to defend yourself or preparing your full legal cross examination. Just listen first.
When a woman truly understands her husband, ah, things truly change. Communication becomes easier, tension reduces and love becomes sweeter.
You will feel it, real peace, not silence disguised as peace.

Your husband is not hard, he has just been unheard.

Now because I want your marriage to flourish, I have a gift for you. As priceless as this book is, I’ll be giving it to my wonderful ladies and the men that want for their wives for N5,000 only. BUT for the gorgeous woman, who decides not to procrastinate, who wants to enjoy the benefits in this book right now! You will be getting this love gift at just N3,000! Yes, you're welcome!

HOWEVER, this special gift won't last forever. In 14 days, the offer will be gone and I'll still be very glad to give it to you for N5,000 only. Which, in the opinion of everyone who has seen the snippets, is still a giveaway.

If you’ve ever looked at your marriage and said,“We’re fine…” Just make sure “fine” is not hiding something deeper.
Don’t wait until the silence becomes a serious family meeting.
This is not just a book, it is the conversation your marriage may need, before it’s too late.

I'm rooting for you
Priscilla

Our fireful daddy! 🔥
All hail thee..🙌🙌🙌
We know you are anointed and highly revered. We sincerely appreciate God's grace upon your life.

However, it is important that you treat your wife and children like a husband and father.
Don't give them a reason to doubt God's call over you.
Your wife and children needs you as a husband and father to them and not only as their pastor.

Your home is not an extension of the church even if you live within the premises of the church.
Stop making your children see a demon-chasing father in you 24/7.

Kindly strike a balance between your family responsibilities and ministry.
Remember, if you fail at home, you won't have peace running the ministry as well.

🥰

You can't build a godly home using the wrong building materials.
Consult the author of marriage.
It's not old-fashioned to seek God first.
Get it right from the beginning to give you an edge over the challenges ahead.

Are you in the boat already and it seems things are falling apart?
Speak to the author of marriage even as you take further action in marriage counseling.

Our Wife💕

Hope you know you don't have to 'wife' every other family members to be a good wife.😏
You are a wife to your husband alone.
You are a mother to your children. Your children are not your husband, stop 'wifing'😂 them.

Your parent in-laws are more like your parents, treat them as such.
Your husband's siblings (especially male) are NOT your husband, stop 'wifing' them.

And the oga patapata of it....
Your husband's friends should remain his friends. They are not your husband.
Na from clap dance dey start o.🥱🥱🥱

Calling you 'our wife' shouldn't get into you that you begin to wife everyone.
Some people do this unconsciously and it graduates into something else, even leading some women into paternity fraud.
