Where were you when the transfer to Arsenal was completed? How did it feel emotionally?

🗣️ Bruno Guimarães: “Yeah, joy, I would say. And since when I started to speak to Andrea and Mikel, I was very excited to come to the club. And when I got the green light to come, of course me and my family, everyone was very excited to move, I feel like am playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Arteta used the word “dynasty”. What did that mean to you?

What was it like playing against Arsenal?

🗣️ Bruno Guimarães: “To be fair, it was always very difficult to play against them. They try to keep the ball and play very, very offensive football. Of course, I had some battles with the other players because, speak about myself, I hate to lose, and I always try to defend my players.

— How are you finding life in London?

🗣️ Tzolis: “I’m waiting for this day! I think the draw is on August 28th, and I really, really hope to play against Brugge.

I really hope we get a game against them, and I’ll definitely enjoy seeing my former teammates and my former team. So I really hope to play against Club Brugge.”

— Can you get 25 assists from set-pieces this season?

🗣️ Tzolis: “I’m not the only one taking the corners! So far, sometimes I take corners or free-kicks, but not as much as I did at Brugge.”

Tzolis on Arsenal’s set-piece threat:

— Arsenal are known for their set-piece expertise. What do you think?

🗣️ Tzolis: “Yes, but these things help the team win games. Every detail matters, and I think when you play at the highest level you have to work on the smallest details. And set-pieces are currently a weapon for any team.

We work on them a lot, and that’s what made Arsenal score, for example, 25 goals in the league last season. It’s an opportunity to get extra points, and in the end it can help you win the league.”
