His wealth of experience has been influential to the team growth . He has been with the team throughout our Edo (2024) and Abia (2025) division one.

Beyond sports, he is a professional Builder, an HSE Manager, and an ESMI Volunteer, His wealth of experience, tactical knowledge, and commitment to player development have been instrumental in the continued success of FUNAD FALCONS. He has led the team throughout our Edo 2024 and Abia 2025 Division One League campaigns, where his guidance and strategic approach played a significant role in the team's achievements.we are truly privileged to have you and continues to shape the future of the club.

FUNAD FALCONS is glad to introduce you to our Sporting Director and Owner, Agboola SH*TTU ADEWUNMI, he is an Accountant/Auditor by profession. A former professional handball player and Nigerian ex- international, an astute handball coach with over fifteen (15)years of coaching experience both nationally and internationally. An IHF certified coach and former vice president of Nigeria Handball Coaches Association.

A former coach with Tojemarine handball Club and Seasiders of Lagos, he is the defending handball champion of the National Sports Festival
His records speak volumes, he has two (2) World cup records to his credit at IHF JUNIOR MALE U20 WORLD CUP (SPAIN 2019) and IHF YOUTH FEMALE U18 WORLD CUP (CHINA 2024), Two (2) IHF TROPHY INTERCONTINENTAL TROPHY ,MALE JUNIOR U20 (KOSOVO 2019) and IHF TROPHY INTERCONTINENTAL, FEMALE U18 (UZBEKISTAN 2024), TWO (2) AFRICAN NATIONS CUP MEDALS IN both male and female categories, AFRICAN JUNIOR (U20) NATIONS CUP, MORROCO 2018 AND AFRICAN YOUTH(U18) NATIONS CUP, TUNISIA 2024. IHF TROPHY AFRICA JUNIORS MALE (RWANDA 2018) AND IHF TROPHY AFRICA YOUTH FEMALE (ABIDJAN 2023). TWO (2), IHF TROPHY ZONE 3 MEDALS IN MALE AND FEMALE, MALE U20 ( NIGER REPUBLIC 2018) AND FEMALE U18 (GHANA 2023).

Despite his international accomplishments and exposures, he is still an astute grassroots handball coach developing new stars for the team.

FUNAD FALCONS warmly introduced Olanrewaju Opeyemi (A.k.a Biggy) a six footer pivot who was an invitee to the Nigeria national handball team.
She is a dependable member of the Funad FALCONS,playing an important role in the pivot and defense line. She was instrumental to the team qualifications at the National division one tournament in Abia state,2025.

FUNAD FALCONS happily welcomes back one of our founding member, Stephen Comfort Nkiruka. A accomplished and talented multi-sport lady. She is a national wrestler, plays flag football with Raptors Flag football Club, Lagos and a reowned handball player with years of experience with Seasiders handball club, De-defenders handball club.
She plays from the left back , centre back, pivots and is also a tactical defense guru.
An ex- student of Birrel Avenue girls school, Lagos, She is a graduate of human kinetic (OAU) and also into midwifery. An embodiment of super talent in our fold. Welcome back home, Nkiru. We are excited to see you back home.

FUNAD FALCONS welcomes ADEBARE SEKINAT a student of JAGUNMOLU GIRLS Senior Lagos and a new entrant to the Funad team but with a solid defensive work rate. She is a two time National Youth game participant with Lagos State. We wish her a great beginning in the big handball stage.

She is a prominent member of the funad team to the National division one in Abia (2025) and Edo State (2026.).

FUNAD FALCONS Nigerian International handball player, AUDU SALAMOTU (Salome)who represents Nigeria in the U17 IHF Trophy tournament (Abidjan ) and the African Youth Nations Cup ( Algeria) . She is a versatile sports woman, a strong right back player, who also plays big time basketball with Royal Aces Basketball Club and Spartans Flag football Club ,all in Lagos.

A prominent member of Funad FALCONS, She plays a bigger role in the team National division one tournament in Edo (2024) and Abia (2025) state.
