The Live Again Session was one of those moments. ❤️🔥
It was raw. It was powerful. It was deeply emotional. And honestly, it’s a moment we will not recover from in a long while.
We laughed. We reflected. We released. We remembered the parts of ourselves we had buried—and gave ourselves permission to LIVE AGAIN.
Watching the room respond, seeing women connect with their stories and, in some moments, simply break down and let the tears flow… it reminded me why we created this space.
Healing is not always quiet. Sometimes, healing looks like finally allowing yourself to feel.
This was more than a session.
It was a reckoning.
It was a release.
It was a return.
And we are only just beginning.
