It is with deep sorrow and submission to the will of Almighty Allah that we received the news of the passing of Alhaji Mohamed Kafarati, beloved uncle of the General Manager of Gombe United FC, after a brief illness.

On behalf of the Gombe United Family, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the General Manager and the entire Kafarati family during this difficult time. We pray that Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings, grants him Aljannatul Firdaus, and gives the family the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.

We also pray for the successful conduct of the Janazah prayer scheduled to take place at his residence in *Dawaki Quarters along Dr Aliyu Modibbo Street by 9:00 a.m. today. May Allah accept his return, forgive his shortcomings and comfort all those he left behind.

We fought a very good fight today!
