Academies wants results -trophies not DEVELOPMENT,
Parents want the Glory BUT SHUN THE HARD WORK INVOLVED. and the most coaches get? Barely enough money to survive on salary. It is no wonder why good coaches quit. 🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀

The Holidays Just got better…….

FACT: Every team will face the agony of DEFEAT. Every player will feel anguish,consternation,anger,disappointment.

We will bow our heads in shame,holds our heads in our hands in confusion,look up to the skies is supplication to God seeking an answer,begging for a miracle.

But no miracle WILL COME because in sports,we forge our own path and make our own destiny. So when we lose,NO-ONE WILL COME TO SAVE US…

We must pick ourselves up,refocus our focus,re-energize our engines,Channel our efforts towards healing and try again MULTIPLES TIMES until we taste the waters of glory once again.

The coach and his staff must catalyze that rebirth and renew that belief and remind the players and ,indeed the fans, that the feat can be achieved. Because he,above all others,must believe that IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING.

Coaching isn’t easy - nor should it be.

When you’re pushing a group of people to be their limits, things will get uncomfortable….
