It’s important to understand that when it comes to “revealing” your ABS (we all have them, only on difference is their prominence) the fat burning portion of your workout and what you consume on a daily basis, will have far more significance in helping you achieve that goal than all the ABS work you do.
Now I used the term “revealing” as it is a goal sort by many which is separate to building, just wanting to see those lines come through, is not the same as wanting to “build” your ABS. Clearly to build the abdominal muscle you need to train them, but there is a huge misconception that just training them in isolation, will miraculously emulsify the fat that hides them, it won’t
This is why I always encourage those seeking abs to be mindful of their body fat, evaluate your starting position, you may decide that your time could be better spent on exercise that touch more calories and lower your body fat, than doing a 1000 crunches.
