Let’s be honest…

You can eat three meals a day, enjoy homemade food, eat fruits and vegetables—and still have a diet that isn’t providing enough of every nutrient your body needs.

Why?

Because your body needs a variety of vitamins and minerals, and different foods provide different nutrients.

Think about your everyday plate. 🍛

Maybe it’s rice and stew.
Maybe it’s tuwo with soup.
Maybe beans, eggs, vegetables, fish or chicken.

These foods can absolutely be part of a healthy diet.

But the bigger question is:

How varied is your diet over the whole week?

Some important nutrients include:

⚡ B vitamins — help your body release energy from food and support normal body functions.

🩸 Iron — contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

🛡️ Vitamin C — contributes to normal immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

🦴 Calcium — is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

☀️ Vitamin D — contributes to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and supports normal bones and muscle function.

And here’s the part I really want you to remember:

Feeling tired doesn't automatically mean you have a vitamin deficiency.

Stress, poor sleep, dehydration, an unbalanced diet and many other factors can affect how you feel.

So don't diagnose yourself from a Facebook post. 😄

Instead, start with the basics:

🥗 Eat a variety of foods.
🍎 Include fruits and vegetables regularly.
🥚 Include nutritious sources of protein.
💧 Drink enough water.
😴 Prioritise quality sleep.
🏃‍♀️ Stay physically active.

And if your diet consistently falls short in certain nutrients, a suitable multivitamin and mineral supplement may complement your diet but it should never be viewed as a replacement for nutritious food or appropriate medical care.

Wellness isn't about taking every supplement you see. It's about understanding your nutrition and making informed choices.

Now tell me 👇

When you hear “vitamins and minerals”, which one confuses you most?

Vitamin D • Iron • Calcium • Vitamin C • B Vitamins

Comment below and I’ll explain it in simple language. 👇

Let’s talk about something many women were never properly taught.

More washing does NOT always mean better intimate hygiene.

One common mistake is treating the intimate area like the rest of the body—using harsh soaps, scrubbing too much, or repeatedly washing because you’re worried about natural odour.

Your intimate area deserves gentle care, not aggressive cleaning.

Here are 5 things to remember:

🌿 1. Be gentle.
The external intimate area has delicate skin. Avoid harsh soaps and unnecessary scrubbing.

💧 2. Don’t over-wash.
Cleanliness is important, but excessive washing can leave the skin feeling dry or irritated.

🚿 3. Remember: external care is different from internal cleansing.
There is no need to do**he or try to wash inside the va**na.

🌸 4. Choose intimate-care products thoughtfully.
If you prefer using a dedicated intimate wash, choose one designed specifically for intimate care and follow its directions for use.

❤️ 5. Don’t use a wash to hide unusual symptoms.
Persistent itching, burning, pain, unusual discharge, sores or a strong unexplained odour may need attention from a healthcare professional.

And one more important reminder:

Being clean does not mean your intimate area must smell like perfume. A natural scent can be completely normal.

The goal is simple: clean, comfortable and confident—not over-cleaned. ✨

Episode 6: Eating enough food doesn’t always mean you’re getting enough of every nutrient your body needs.

゚viralシfypシ゚

01/09/2026

You’re eating. You’re busy. You’re getting through the day.

But sometimes you still feel like something is missing.

Maybe your meals are filling, but they aren’t always varied enough to provide a broad range of essential nutrients.

And this is especially easy to overlook when life gets busy.

Think about it:

🍞 Breakfast is rushed.
🍚 Lunch is whatever is convenient.
🍲 Dinner is filling but may not include much variety.
☕ Then we rely on tea or coffee to push through the day.

Food gives us energy, but our bodies also need vitamins and minerals to carry out many normal functions.

For example:

⚡ B vitamins help the body release energy from food.

🩸 Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

🛡️ Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

🦴 Calcium & Vitamin D support normal bones and teeth, with vitamin D also contributing to normal muscle function.

🥬 A varied diet remains the foundation because different foods provide different nutrients.

And here’s something important:

Feeling tired or “off” doesn't automatically mean you have a vitamin deficiency.

Poor sleep, stress, dehydration, an unbalanced diet and many other factors can affect how you feel.

So rather than guessing, start with the basics:

✅ Eat a variety of foods.
✅ Include vegetables and fruits regularly.
✅ Add protein sources to your meals.
✅ Drink enough water.
✅ Prioritise good-quality sleep.
✅ Stay physically active.
✅ If you’re concerned about persistent tiredness, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

A multivitamin and mineral supplement may be useful for some people as a complement to their diet, but it shouldn't replace nutritious food or medical care.

Wellness isn't about taking everything. It's about understanding what your body needs and making informed choices.

Which nutrient would you like me to explain next: Iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin C or B vitamins? 👇

Here’s something many of us don’t realise:

Eating enough food doesn’t always mean you’re getting enough of every nutrient your body needs.

Think about a typical busy day.

You wake up, rush through breakfast, prepare meals, handle work or family responsibilities, and before you know it, the day is almost over.

You may have eaten plenty—but how varied and nutrient-rich were those meals?

Our bodies need a wide range of vitamins and minerals to support normal everyday functions.

For example:

🥬 Vitamin A contributes to normal vision and immune function.

🍊 Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

☀️ Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and supports normal bones and muscle function.

🦴 Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

🩸 Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

⚡ B vitamins are involved in normal energy-yielding metabolism and other important body processes.

But here’s the important part:

A multivitamin and mineral supplement is not a replacement for a balanced, varied diet.

Think of it as one possible way to complement your nutrition when your diet may not consistently provide all the nutrients you need.

And before choosing one, always check the ingredients, amounts, recommended serving and the specific product information rather than assuming every multivitamin is the same.

Your wellness journey isn't about taking everything. It's about understanding what your body needs and making informed choices.

Which vitamin or mineral would you like me to explain next—Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, Vitamin C or the B vitamins? 👇

Don’t wait until you feel ready.

Start with one healthy choice today. Small steps, done consistently, can become a lifestyle.

You’re worth the effort.

Ladies, this is an intimate-health conversation we shouldn’t be afraid to have.

If you notice persistent itching, burning, pain, unusual discharge, sores, or a strong unexplained odour, your first response shouldn't always be, “Let me try another feminine wash.”

Sometimes, your body may be telling you that something needs proper medical attention.

🌸 Here’s what you should know:

1️⃣ A feminine wash is not a treatment.
Intimate washes are designed for hygiene and cleansing of the external intimate area. They should not be presented as treatments for infections, STIs or other medical conditions.

2️⃣ Don’t keep changing products to hide symptoms.
If symptoms persist, repeatedly switching between products may delay getting the right professional advice.

3️⃣ Don’t do**he.
You don't need to wash inside the va**na. The va**na has its own natural cleaning process.

4️⃣ Natural odour doesn't automatically mean something is wrong.
Every woman can have a natural intimate scent. The goal of hygiene isn't to make your body smell like perfume.

5️⃣ Know when to ask for help.
Persistent itching, burning, pain, unusual discharge, sores or a strong unexplained odour deserve attention from a qualified healthcare professional.

And when your intimate area is feeling normal, you can focus on simple, gentle hygiene habits and choose products specifically designed for external intimate care.

🌿 Feminelle can be part of a personal intimate-care routine when used according to the specific product's intended purpose and directions.

The most important message?

Don't be embarrassed by your body. Don't ignore persistent symptoms. And don't let a hygiene product replace proper healthcare.

Episode 5: Healthy Living Starts With Better Choices, Not Quick Fixes

28/08/2026

Let’s be honest…

If there were one drink, one capsule or one product that could magically make everything better, healthy living would be very easy. 😄

But real wellness usually isn’t about finding a quick fix.

It’s about the small choices you make consistently.

🥗 Choose a varied, nutritious diet.
💧 Drink enough fluids.
🏃‍♀️ Move your body regularly.
😴 Make quality sleep a priority.
🧘‍♀️ Find healthy ways to manage everyday stress.
💊 And when appropriate, use supplements to complement your nutritional routine—not replace it.

That last part matters.

A wellness supplement isn't a shortcut to perfect health. Its value depends on what it contains, why you're taking it, and whether it fits your individual needs.

So instead of asking:

❌ “What can give me results the fastest?”

Try asking:

✅ “What healthy choice can I make today that I can actually maintain?”

Because sustainable wellness isn't built in one day.

It's built through better choices, repeated consistently.

At Salmat Beauty & Wellness Hub, I believe in educating customers before recommending products.

If you'd like to understand how our wellness products may fit into your lifestyle, send me a DM with “BETTER CHOICES” and let's have a conversation.

No pressure. No unrealistic promises. Just better-informed wellness choices.

Individual nutritional needs vary.

Supplements should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and should not replace a varied diet or prescribed medical treatment.
