BUILT FOR ONENESS – YOUR ETERNAL IDENTITY IN GOD

‎For too long, man has lived apart from God and lost sight of his identity, even after being brought back through JESUS.
‎But the reality remains: we were created to be in God. Through Christ, we are eternally saved.
‎
‎I. THE AMNESIA OF SEPARATION
‎
‎Sin did more than break rules. It broke relationship.
‎Adam didn’t just eat the fruit. He ran and hid. That’s what separation does - it gives us spiritual amnesia.
‎
‎Even after JESUS has redeemed us, many believers still live like spiritual orphans. We strive for approval. We fear rejection. We perform for love. Why? Because we forgot who we are.
‎
‎Hosea 4:6 - "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."
‎We don’t have an identity crisis because God changed. We have one because we’ve stayed too long outside His presence.
‎
‎II. THE ORIGINAL DESIGN: IN GOD
‎
‎From the beginning, God’s plan was union, not distance.
‎Genesis 1:26 - "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness."
‎God didn’t create man to visit Him on Sundays. He created man to walk with Him in the cool of the day.
‎
‎Acts 17:28 - "In Him we live and move and have our being..."

‎Your original factory setting is "In God."
‎A fish outside water gasps. A branch outside the vine withers. And a man outside of God malfunctions.
‎
‎You were designed to think from God, love from God, and live from God.
‎
‎III. THE ETERNAL REALITY IN CHRIST
‎
‎The cross didn’t just get you out of hell. It brought you into the Father.
‎Ephesians 2:13 - "But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ."
‎
‎This is why your salvation is eternal.
‎John 10:28 - "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one will sn**ch them out of my hand."
‎
‎Eternal means:
1. ‎Not temporary - God doesn’t do trial versions
2. ‎Not performance-based - It’s anchored in JESUS, not your mood today
3. ‎Not reversible - You didn’t birth yourself into God’s family, and you can’t unbirth yourself
‎
‎JESUS prayed in John 17:21 - "that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us."
‎That was the goal. Union.
‎
‎IV. LIVING FROM THIS TRUTH TODAY
‎So how do we walk in this?
‎
1. ‎Remember: Daily remind yourself - "I am in Christ, and Christ is in me" Col 1:27
2. ‎Return: When you feel distant, don’t strive. Come back to the presence. He’s already there.
3. ‎Rest: Stop trying to earn what you already have. You are eternally saved, eternally loved, eternally secure.
‎
‎GOD didn’t merely save you FROM something. He saved you TO something.
‎
‎FROM separation TO union.
‎
‎FROM being lost TO being found IN HIM.
‎
‎
‎Declaration
‎
‎Father, I thank You that I was fashioned to abide in You.

‎Thank You that through Christ, I am restored and eternally secure.
‎
‎Today, I reject the lie of separation. I choose to live conscious of my identity:
‎
‎I am in God, and God is in me. In JESUS’ name, Amen.

1. ‎In what areas of my life am I still behaving like an orphan rather than a child of God?
2. ‎What would shift in my daily walk if I genuinely embraced that I am "in God"?
3. ‎What is one practical step I can take today to remain rooted in Him?

On this beautiful birthday, marked by deep mercy, I silence every voice to wholeheartedly bless the LORD who brought me this far. Not by power, not by might, but by His Spirit, I stand—and the transformation is greatly amazing.
‎
‎What my eyes now see and my spirit now carries—insight, vision, wisdom, anointing, understanding, discernment, leadership strength, and eternal impact—is far beyond my wildest imagination. I did not build this; the Potter shaped it.
‎
‎My new age is blessed, not because the calendar turned, but because the Ancient of Days has spoken. I walk in sustaining grace and increase in every way—spiritually, relationally, mentally, financially, physically, and through open doors no adversary can shut.
‎
‎The former things were a seed; this season is the harvest. I am a living proof that God saves the best for those who trust Him. This birthday is a consecration of weighty glory. I step forward robed in righteousness, armed with favour, and radiant with purpose.
‎
