This woman is a racist. My question is, what does that make France?

Read that again, i didn't ask "if she is a racist, what does that make France?" No. I said she is a racist. But what does it mean for France. One is a statement and then the question. According to what I've seen this woman put online, clearly she's a racist. But does that change the fact that she pointed to some facts that i myself believe and subscribe to? Of course not.

Kylian Mbappé and majority of the French football squad being of African origin but playing for France doesn't change in my heart and head what France represents for Africa.

France was a colonial power and today still a neo-colonial power who is using every means necessary to suck Africa dry while returning nothing to it.

What, suddenly now this woman is more of a horrible person to Africans than France as a power has been to Africa and africans for centuries? Really?

I heard France is preparing a lawsuit against her. My request is please, in that lawsuit, France should include the following names and prosecute them for proper crimes commited against people who look like Mbappe not just for a social media post

Charles de Gaulle, whose government fought the Algerian War, during which French forces committed torture, extrajudicial killings, and other serious human rights abuses documented by historians.

Modern day France and government has at every given opportunity, defended the atrocious legacies of these men. So i do not and will not take lectures from France about racism by anybody. Let alone racism directed at someone who is just a mere PR tool in France's effort to whitewash the atrocious legacies of these same men. Thats not gonna happen.

Some white people can go on TV to try to use this scandal to make names for themselves and many Africans and people of African origin can see this as an opportunity to sing their favorites song of racism, while France would love to use this opportunity to market what it certainly is not, but I'm buying none of it.

As far as am concerned, France as a country has been a billion times more racist than this woman could ever be. Both in history and in contemporary times. No amount of Kylian Mbappé and people like him playing in her football squad is going to change that.
