The second phase of the CAF B Diploma Coaching Course is currently underway at Football House in Windhoek, with coaches continuing their journey towards earning one of CAF’s important coaching qualifications.

For Swallows FC coach Hermanus "Lawal" Naobeb, being part of the course is more than just getting another qualification. It is an opportunity to learn, improve and hopefully take his coaching career to another level.

Namibia’s Young Warriors have been handed a fresh opportunity to chase continental glory after being drawn into the 2026 COSAFA Men’s Under-20 Championship, with the tournament also serving as a crucial pathway to the TotalEnergies CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana next year.

Namibia will battle it out in group A stages against host Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique.

The draw was conducted in South Africa earlier today, setting the stage for the Southern African regional youth football showpiece, which will be hosted by Mauritius from 18 to 27 September 2026.

The Namibia Football Association officially opened its FUTSAL Administration and Management Workshop on Friday at Football House in Windhoek, bringing together 28 participants, including four women, to strengthen the country’s FUTSAL structures.
