The Namibia Football Association (NFA) today officially launched the inaugural CAF B Diploma Coaching Course at Football House in Katutura, marking a major milestone in the development of football coaching in Namibia.

The course, which will run until October in block sessions, aims to equip coaches with the knowledge and skills needed to further develop the game across the country.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, NFA Vice President Murs Markus emphasized the importance of investing in coach education, describing it as a key pillar in the growth of Namibian football.

The event also celebrated former footballer Oscar Mengo, who was presented with the Legends Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Namibian football.
