Throwback to our first Pole and Hoop workshop for Men💪🏻
These gentlemen showed up with enthusiasm, fully prepared to try something new, and they did an amazing job! 🌟
The instructors were low-key jealous of these guys' upper body strength and how easily they managed some moves that we trained years for 😅

What a lovely Jazz Dance Workshop with Wilma-Emilia Kuosa. Many of these fabulous ladies had little to no prior dance experience, and by the end each one performed the choreography beautifully 🥰 We hope to see you all at the studio again!

Wilma-Emilia Kuosa is a freelance choreographer, dancer, dance pedagogue and poet born in Helsinki, Finland. She’s currently in Windhoek to pilot the upcoming residency program for FSAI - The Finnish South African Co-operation Institute, and we are very excited that she has offered to host this workshop for us. She is working on a unique choreography for us, that works around our poles💃🏻
