2026 has been a push in a good direction, was forced to level up in terms of making decisions on health, business and life but in the end its a push in a good strong direction forward to set beter foundations ahead.
As a personal trainer and nutritionist many feel you cant succeed in this line of work, but all you need to do is to find the reason of you starting in the 1st place doing what you do and build on that.
Keep pushing hard on your goals, if get set backs,learn from them,and excell forward.

After one intense morning session we definitely have a good pump and some volume to show.
Following a proper plan designed to get me back on track both nutritional and in training, lets see what the next 4 to 8 weeks holds for me.
Just keep consistent on your goals, its not always easy, but its worth the effort you applying to be where need to be.

Thursday morning Back attack...
2 of my favorite exercises is barbell deadlifts as an compound movement and low pulley cable rows for more isolation in muscle engagement.l
Pump was real, session was well focused on what needed to be done as We dont always feel like it, but in the end, remember your goals, your dreams, and why you doing what you doing.
To me its making building confidence in oneself an awareness that anything can be reached, with positive thoughts, applying action, and facing all obstacles thrown at you as a challenge to improve ourselves.
Love what Im doing everyday.

Make that a reality, forget what has been said, show action in your FAITH and keep HUSTLING.
I always warm my shoulders up with some Rotator cuff movements, before hitting my session.
And then 2 off my favorite exercises to Superset for a great pump & shoulder engagement is dumbell side raises Superset with Shoulder press machine or dumbells.
