United Rugby Club has received a major financial boost after securing a three-year sponsorship worth N$1.5 million from South African-based Montego Pet Nutrition.

Under the agreement, the club will receive N$500,000 annually over the next three years, providing much-needed support for its rugby programmes and overall development.

The partnership marks a significant investment in Namibian rugby, with the sponsorship expected to assist the club in strengthening its operations, player development, and competitiveness on the local and regional stage.

Club officials welcomed the partnership, describing it as a major step forward in ensuring the club’s long-term sustainability while creating more opportunities for players and the wider rugby community.
