Let’s start with, Wow! So much improvement in just 2 Months😍
I am so so proud of this woman. Her goals are Weight loss overall, but specifically her waist💜 and look at how those centimeters dropped💪
Take note, no restrictive diets were followed here. She just changed her eating habits one step at a time, to more healthier food choices. Still enjoying a lekker bowl of pasta once in a while😁

Don’t torture yourself by doing abs everyday! Do a lekker weighted or Tabata ab workout every 2nd/3rd day, follow a healthy eating plan and incorporate Cardio with your Ab Workouts🏃♀️💪

DO NOT trust your scale🚫
Fat takes up more space than muscle. If you do not see a difference in your scale weight even though you’re working out, don’t be demotivated. It’s your fat turning into muscle💪 Rather go for measurements or the way your clothes sit💜
