Introducing the OEON Equine Education Programme 🐴🤍

In collaboration with Tangeni Shilongo Namibia (TSN) Tangeni Shilongo Namibia we’re creating meaningful opportunities for children to experience the world of horses through safe, hands-on learning.

Many children have never had the chance to interact with horses before. Through this programme, they learn about horse behaviour, care and welfare while building confidence, developing practical skills and discovering the importance of kindness, empathy and respect for all living beings.

Together, we’re inspiring the next generation to care for animals, connect with nature and help build a more compassionate future. 🌿✨

Cuba arrived at Okakambe as a rescue horse. Today, seeing him run, play and enjoy life with his friends reminds us why rescue and rehabilitation matter.

While Samson is one of his closest buddies, Cuba enjoys spending time with all the horses. Watching them play together is a reminder that every horse deserves safety, companionship and the chance to simply be a horse.
