The CrossFit Tsumeb Charity Throwdown registration is now open!!
Rules: Get yourselves a CrossFit judge. Workout 1 must be submitted by Tuesday, Workout 2 by Thursday and Workout 3 by Saturday (over the week of 11 and 18 July 2026). There will only be one open division, however each workout has scale and foundation options (you don’t enter Rx or Scale, you decide before each workout if you can Rx or Scale it).
