Nexus Group would like to make the public aware of a fraudulent construction advertisement currently circulating under the name “NEXUS GROUP HOLDINGS”.
The advertisement offers the construction of a “2-bedroom flat” for N$20,000. Please note that this offer is not associated with Nexus Group and is believed to be an attempt to obtain deposits or other payments under false pretences.

Please be aware of the following warning signs:
• Unrealistically low pricing
• Requests for upfront payments before any formal agreements are in place
• Unauthorized use of the Nexus name and branding

We encourage you to exercise caution and verify any construction-related offers before making any payments or sharing personal information.
If you have been affected by this scam, please report the matter to the Namibian Police (NamPol).
