Here at Shark Diving Mozambique, we’re lucky to dive in one of the richest shark habitats in Southern Africa!

We specialise in unbaited shark dives, letting you witness sharks in their natural environment… calm, curious, and completely wild.

Here are 5 things you might not know about sharks in Ponta do Ouro:

1️⃣ On a good day you can see up to 6 species on a single dive - including bull, tiger, and hammerhead sharks.
2️⃣ All encounters are unbaited, giving you a raw, respectful experience.
3️⃣ Some species, like scalloped hammerheads, form massive seasonal schools.
4️⃣ Shark diving here supports conservation and education - helping protect these incredible animals.
5️⃣ Our waters are now part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site….a huge win for marine life!
