We are pleased to welcome Soon Kun Ming as our guest teacher for a masterclass on 23 & 24 May!
Kun Ming holds a Master of Arts in Music Performance (Distinction) from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Wales, UK, along with Distinctions in both the LTCL and ATCL Diplomas from Trinity Guildhall College of London.
He has performed at notable venues including Dewan Filharmonik Petronas (KLCC) and St. David’s Hall, Cardiff, and has served as resident pianist with the Kuala Lumpur City Opera. He currently teaches at Sunway University, Nexus International School, and St. Joseph’s Institution International School.
Since 2017, Kun Ming has been a regular guest at Kudos Music, conducting various workshops and masterclasses that have inspired both students and teachers alike.

What an experience! Our drum students were given the chance to explore the music scene and upgrading their music quality in KK last week. 🥁✨

Teacher Kevin led the group through a packed Saturday, starting with an intensive 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐦 and ending the night with the soulful vibes of the 𝐊𝐊 𝐉𝐚𝐳𝐳 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Representing with immense pride at the Asia Pacific International Arts Festival in China, Jia Ying stood out in the highly competitive Piano Performance (Age 17-18) category. Competing against over 300 talented contestants from 25 countries including the USA, UK, Australia, and across Asia, he secured a brilliant Silver Award! 🥈🎹

From the grand stage of the Wyndham Grand Chengdu East, his hard work and dedication have truly paid off on the international stage. 🌟👏
