Posted • I used to think bodybuilding is an individual sport.

You get up, you prep your meals, train for hours, endless cardio, practice your poses, tan your skin, sauna, massage/stretch, rest, track your progress and repeat day in day out for months or even years.

On the day i finally competed only i realized how much, how Crucial it is for an athlete to have a team, a support system to be at his/her top condition. I realised im not as independent as i much as I think i was 😌

I want to give a huge thanks to everyone i mention because one way or another i cant perform and do my best without you guys 🙏🏻 ❤️
