Swimming in the pool and swimming in open water are very different.

In the sea, there are no lane lines and no pool wall to stop at.
Swimmers need to learn how to check their direction, manage their energy, handle the waves and stay calm.

That is why we separate our Open Water Training into different groups based on each swimmer’s level:

Beginner Group
Starting closer to shore, helping swimmers get comfortable with the sea, waves and open-water environment.

Pre-Com Group
Focusing more on stamina, endurance, direction and swimming continuously for a longer distance.

Ocean Squad Group
More advanced training, including longer distances, speed, navigation and race preparation.

Every group is guided by our coaches and safety crew.
We do not simply bring them into the sea and ask them to swim. We guide them step by step, according to their ability.

Learning to swim is only the beginning.
The next step is learning how to swim with confidence beyond the pool.
