It has been a great journey for this young lady from KK ,Meera K. to be my client for 10 days before flying back to Aussie.
She came at first with the mindset of the Trainer will be like a Bootcamp Drill Sergeant "no pain no gain".
But after few sessions,she was able to understand my training methods which is safe and easier to learn so that she will be able to bring my methods back to Aussie to train herself.
Hopefully you will achieve more with my supports from Malaysia ya Meera and it has been fun training you in HealthStream Gym & Fitness.
