On 25 August 2026, we successfully completed our Speedy First Splash Swim Gala 2026! 🎉🏆

What started as an idea became a memorable day filled with courage, teamwork, excitement, laughter and unforgettable moments in the pool.

A huge THANK YOU to all our swimmers for giving your very best and showing such amazing fighting spirit. Whether you won a medal, achieved a new personal best, or completed your very first race — every one of you is a champion in our eyes. 🌟

To all the parents and families, thank you for your patience, trust, encouragement and continuous support throughout the event. Your cheers created an incredible atmosphere for our young swimmers. 👏💙

To our Speedy coaches, meet officials and organising team, we are extremely proud of the teamwork, dedication and effort you showed. There were challenges and learning moments along the way, but everyone worked together and kept pushing until the very end.

This event was not only about medals and results. It was about giving our swimmers the opportunity to experience competition, build confidence, create friendships and make beautiful memories.

🏊‍♂️ First Time Attending a Swim Gala? Here’s What Parents Should Bring!

A swim gala is an exciting experience for both swimmers and parents. Being well prepared will help your child stay comfortable, energised and ready for every race.

Remember to bring:
✅ A towel to keep your swimmer warm and dry
✅ A banana, energy bar or light snack for quick energy
✅ A rechargeable portable fan to stay cool
✅ Extra folding chairs for additional family members
✅ A power bank to keep your phone charged throughout the event

Most importantly, bring lots of encouragement and positive energy! Cheer for every swimmer, celebrate your child’s effort and enjoy this special milestone together. 💙

🏊‍♂️ SPEEDY FIRST SPLASH GALA 2026 – EVENT SCHEDULE

Get ready for an exciting day of swimming, confidence, teamwork, and celebration at the Speedy First Splash Gala 2026!

📅 Date: Tuesday, 25 August 2026
📍 Venue: Tenby International School Setia Eco Park
⏰ Event Time: 8AM – 1PM

Swimmers should arrive between 6:50 AM and 7:30 AM for registration.

🏅 Competition Sessions
Session 1: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Events 101–1001, including:
25m Freestyle Kicking with Kickboard
50m Butterfly
25m Breaststroke
50m Freestyle
25m Backstroke
25m × 4 Freestyle Family Relay

Session 2: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Events 601–2001, including:
50m Breaststroke
25m Butterfly
50m Backstroke
25m Freestyle
25m × 4 Freestyle Mix Open Relay

Medal presentation ceremonies will be held at 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM.

The Best Boy and Best Girl Awards will take place at 1:00 PM, followed by a group photo session for swimmers and parents.

Please check your child’s event number and category carefully, and arrive early so they have enough time to register, warm up, and report to the marshal.

Let us cheer for every swimmer as they do their best, build confidence, and enjoy their first competition experience.
