Our teacher is also specialized in Pilates training, incorporating strengthening and conditioning exercises to help you regain muscle strength, improve body control and move safely with confidence.

Over one year, our Silver Dancers will work towards learning and performing one ballet repertoire — a beautiful journey of movement, strength and achievement. 🤍
