Saturday morning and afternoon Intermediate Hatha Yoga and today, we explored the classical Ganda Bherundasana.

In the 1920s,Thirumalai Krishnamacharya popularised this particular Asana, an advanced backbending posture which requires the practitioner to balance entirely on the chin and chest.

Early morning start with my senior scripture studies Yogis, today was presentation day by the teachers. We discussed about three types of Siddhis - the ability to interpret any sound vibration of any living beings, the ability to read others mind and the ability to see past life. Are all these neccessary or needed, and what kind of person will have the capacity to perform such feat? One short answer, unless one is illuminated from within through his Sadhana, all the above is not possible. Only a Siddha Yogi will have such capacity yet he will not use it. However, this is the most commonly used method to fraud gullible public nowadays. We discussed this and more extensively in today's class. 🔥🙏⭐

Started the day early with a heavy discussion in our Yoga Sutras class, revolving around one single line from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Can the past and future be known? If yes, does it help an individual or bring further complications? Is Jathagam, Akashic, Ghost, Dejavu, Karma, Fate etc true or merely an illusion - intense Satsang with a noble intent, to remove ignorance and bring light to those who wish to walk in the path of Yoga. 🔥💪⭐

With my Yoga Sutras Samadhi Pada Teachers, today was all about the elusive word, Samadhi. I discussed extensively on the concept of Samadhi, the stages from Sabija to Nirbija Samadhi, and introduced a completely new understanding on how to travel in this path towards the ultimate goal, Samadhi itself. It is not easy to understand this subject, it requires intense amount of devotion and willingness to let go of their current understanding about the concept of divinity. All in all, this will go on for the next few weeks to get a thorough understanding about the entire subject. Fiery session that I only realised we did not even take a break for the entire 2 hours of Satsang 🔥🙏

Saturday morning Intermediate Hatha Yoga , today after completing Hanumanasana with the preparatory Asanas, we continued with Twist and Turn Asanas, that helps spinal and shoulder flexibility. ⭐

Early morning start with my Senior Teachers, today we explored about the introduction on Samyama( the power of concentration) , presented by Gee.

Then onwards we spoke about various topics, including religion, atheism, vegetarianism etc. It was intense discussion but an eye-opener indeed. 🙏❤️‍🔥
