H.I.T Fitness & Martial Arts centre is located in Sri Petaling district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are happy to share our passion of martial arts and fitness with our members and do our best to provide a respectful, safe and clean environment. Facilities include
1) A team of 7 experienced professional international level coaches dedicated

to group classes and tailored personal training for every individual.

2) A broad variety of 10 martial arts and fitness programs that meets any fitness and self defense needs for both adults and children.

3) Well maintained martial arts and safety equipment available during class sessions and outside of regular class hours. No expense spared to import the best available equipment.

4) Dedicated fighter training classes and services for members who truly desire to take their martial arts growth to the next level.

5) Frequently cleaned large gym studios > 3000 sq.ft

6) Large high quality shock absorbent mats and rubber flooring to allow students to take falls more easily; suitable for both standup as well as ground grappling martial arts.

7) Shower rooms and toilets separated for men and women.
