Hardest part of this job isn’t the coaching.

I’ve watched good coaches go freelance, keep the full rate & got stucked a year later. Not because they couldn’t coach. Because filling a schedule is a second full time job on top of the one they actually wanted.

Ugene started as part time in 2018, transitioned full time in 2024 and is our Head Coach now. Loong hit his first 100 sessions in his 8th month while Jerrard hit 70 sessions in his third month. Jason started on 17 August with nothing on his calendar yet.

Same floor with very different timelines for each trainers.
Our floor is open when the right trainer turns up. DM us if you felt like we could be the right fit 😉
