We’re excited to welcome you back to our refurbished Personal Training facility!

As expected there are strict SOPs to follow including:
1. Only fully vaccinated individuals will be allowed to train.
2. Maximum 6 people including trainers allowed in the studio at a time.
3. The showers are off limits for now.

We are proudly fully vaccinated and now operating on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis so please reach out to us on social media or your favourite coaches directly if you have any enquiries.
