我反而建议：
先不要急着看房。

先想清楚3件事：
① 为什么想来KL？
② 自住还是出租？
③ 自己真正的预算是多少？
这三个问题没有想清楚，
看10套房也可能越来越乱。

先知道自己要什么，
再去找适合自己的。

这是我在KLCC工作以后，
越来越深的一个感受。

其实不存在。

适合自住的，
不一定适合出租。

适合一个人的，
也不一定适合另一个人。

所以现在有人问我：
“哪个单位最好？”
我反而会先问：
你买来做什么？
